Dear People of St. James’,
In light of what we are learning about the coronavirus, Bishop Doyle is asking parishioners to worship with us from home for the next two weeks and to suspend in person gatherings of more than 10 people.
What does that mean for us this Sunday?
We are not canceling worship. We would like for you to praise God and hear God’s word with us from home. This Sunday, we will record worship in English and in Spanish, and make those recordings available online. We will also record this week’s Godly Play lesson so that you can explore that lesson with your children or grandchildren.
At 9 am, grab your coffee. The Rev. Robby Vickery will host the Adult Forum Hour on Zoom. Join Zoom Meeting: https://zoom.us/j/374545057?pwd=UFZtY3V5RFEyQm92QXZtRXc2ZWZsZz09

I am going to be consulting with leaders of other small groups and committees to discern plans for continuing study and prayer together remotely.
Next Tuesday is Neighbor 2 Neighbor. Eric Kennedy, Emily Donahue, and the N2N Growth Team are working hard to figure out how to set up distribution of needed items while minimizing gathering and contact.
More details to come.
