Congratulations to Kelsie Payne. She will have her number retired on September 17 at the University of Kansas. Kelsie, who currently plays for SigortaShop Kadin Voleybol Kulübü in Ankara, was a two-time All-American volleyball player, the 2016 Big 12 Player of the Year, and a member of the Kansas Final Four squad in 2015.
