Proyecto Santiago is making tamales again this year on Friday, Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 7, for the parish.We invite you to join us for the fun. Those who want to be part of the holiday fun, should come over Friday, Dec.6, after work or Saturday morning, Dec. 7, at 9am. All ages welcome, and families.

There are 4 delicious kinds: (1) cheese with green chile strips (queso con rajas); (2) chicken with mole (mole con pollo); (3) pork with greens (verdes con puerco); and (4) sweet (dulce). Tamales will be sold on Dec 8, Sunday, after all services. Please note that tamales will be paid for at pick-up (no pre-payments please).
By the way (hint), tamales freeze very well.
