On the last day of the march, July 31, everyone is invited to participate, and there will be NO restrictions on the number of people who are allowed to attend. In fact, we are expecting thousands of people to march in the last mile to the Capitol, as they did in the final mile of the Montgomery to Selma march.
Bus rides will only be provided on July 31 from Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio.  Please click here if you would like to reserve a spot on one of the buses.
We are also looking for volunteer support staff to help during the march and rally. Volunteers are needed to help distribute water, pass out food, serve as moral support/cheerleaders along the route, etc.) Please click here to volunteer as support staff.

We wanted to share some important event details with you, including the agenda, march route, and reminders. (Click here for a google doc version of this document.)

IMPORTANT: We are requiring that everyone who participates in the march from July 28-30 show proof of vaccination.  (This can be just a picture of your vaccination card on your phone.) You will be required to present this at check-in. Masks must be worn while on the shuttle bus and inside any facilities. Please click here to view the full list of COVID safety protocols.

Please note that each day will start with a 6:00 AM Interfaith Prayer and Centering, and marching will begin at 7:00 AM.

You may park your car at the starting point each day.  The shuttle buses will be returning you to your cars once you are finished walking. Please be sure to arrive at least 45 min before your marching time begins, so you can get checked in.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided, depending on what portion of the march you are participating in.

Water and snacks will also be provided along the route.

The shuttle buses are ADA-compliant and will be shuttling marchers to and from the march route continuously, in addition to bathroom stops along the way.
