The Sermon on the Mount, January 12 – February 9
In the Sermon on the Mount, we meet Jesus the teacher, speaking very clearly into human experience with graphic images and lively turns of phrase. But who is this teaching for? With the help of interpreters down the ages, including Martin Luther King, Jr., Augustine, Leonardo Boff, and Dietrich Bonhoeffer, we will study the challenge and promise of these teachings.
