The Union of Black Episcopalians -- The Union of Black Episcopalians encourages the involvement of Black People in the total life of the Church -- on every level and in every way -- mission, stewardship, evangelism, education, sharing, liberation, empowerment, leadership, governance and politics.

Union of Black Episcopalians - Youth - UBE is a confederation of more than 55 chapters and interest groups throughout the continental United States and the Caribbean. The Union also has members in Canada, Africa and Latin America.

The Youth of UBE are the present and the future of the organization. Our young people will determine the course of this organization. This site is a place for UBE-Youth to touch base with each other throughout the year and is the primary place for contact with youth at large throughout the African Diaspora.

The ORDER OF THE ASCENSION founded in 1983 has helped ground and center its members in their daily life and their roles as parish leaders and developers. (Greg Rickel was elected the permanent, abiding, everlasting, fixed, for - keeps presiding officer.)
